Yay Kisal and Pam on your losses!

Still 176.8 today, but I'm loving it anyway. 176 was the lowest I hit, so anything after this is uncharted territory. As long as it's not going back up, I'm not worried (Now that I've said that, prepare for my panic post tomorrow when the scale reads 177 or something )

I totally called it. 177.4 this morning.

But, thinking back, I'm pretty sure this is how it goes for me... stay at the same weight for a bit, then a small bounce up, then I lose again... so I'm not worried.

I slipped and fell off of Adkins now Ive picked up what I had lost and cant believe how bloated and crummy I feel. I had gone about 3 weeks without losing any weight so I got discouraged and let go. Has anyone else experienced the weeks without losing anything? I truly did feel much better with my system carb depleted. I wish I never wanted another slice of pie or cake let alone bread!!! Im a culinary graduate specializing in pastries! Oh the curse! I want to try one more time with this and I sure need all the help I can get. Thanks to all of you,
Jo

Congrats Pam, Kisal and Anyway!!!!!!!

Sorry I keep going MIA, work is super busy these days and I've started a couple of projects outside of work so I never get a free moment to catch up! My TOM is over and I'm finally back to my lowest weight, hopefully I'll lose more this week.

I have been trying IF since last thursday and really like it. I love, love, love not having to bring lunch/snacks to work! I love not worrying about whether I should go more than 5 or 6 hours without a meal. I love that my relationship to hunger is changing too. I think it's helping me lose, but will take more time to tell about that. I'll keep you posted though.

Good luck everyone!
