I have been feeling like crap for the past 6 days and couldn't figure out why. When I stepped on the scales this morning if finally figured it out. I had been going through induction flu. Stress at work and long hours leads to caffeine, nicotine being my main source of fuel during the day, (don't forget SlimJims) and a healthy meal for dinner. Gah.
