Low protein yesterday, at least for what I'm usually eating 135g - BHB 1.3 that's a big jump up from where it's been hovering.

Had a hectic morning that turned a 45-minute errand into a five-hour one, but stuck with snacks brought from home and did not get any fast food. Hooray!

Ate after Wingboarding session - so hungry! I had a dozen eggs yesterday. A lot of food - I plugged it into a calculator to see because I was amazed.
