ooh, this sounds great- what is in the dip? is it like guacamole?
my boyfriend has been gluten free for a few years and has danced with the idea of low carb but never stuck it out long enough to get through induction. he has a decent diet, but lately he has really been eating cr~p- tons of fries, and even bread (not even gluten free). his stomach is a mess, and he has headaches and doesn't sleep well, etc....
i would never comment (as a professional, it is not cool to lecture my family and friends. i only offer advice when i m on the clock!). imagine my happy dance when last night he said he wants to try again!!!!!
so cleaning out the cupboards for 2 days to not waste food and off we go!
tonight- watermelon, corn on the cob, a hamburger, and green beans for him
green beans with garlic lemon juice for me as a "bed" to nest a sunnyside up egg and goat cheese.
