I hope the weather treated you kindly I never did answer some of your questions that you had asked earlier about me . I have a boy and a girl who will turn 13 (boy) and 11(girl) in November. I just stopped working a full time job that I had been at for 9 years . I am getting my Master's degree to be a school counselor. I am divorced and have been re married to a bodybuilder for 5 years. His diet is impecable! He is a true low carber. He lost 35 pounds over the last year on low carbs. He hates the way I can eat and still be lean .

note: I measured my bicep during the pump it measured 14" / not pumped it's 13".

I've been gone for a couple of weeks.....and ate very, very badly. I'm back now and wanted to post the results of my pigfest. I'm glad to be home and look forward to getting back into my routine. As sad as it is..... I'm afraid my body might not be finished adding up the damages, but this is where I am as of today. I did weight train most days while I was gone, there was a little work out room in the hotel we stayed at, and I walked up the 8 flights of stairs most days as well. So, as bad as this is....it could have been much worse.

Sunday: hamstrings
Monday: back
Tuesday: chest
Wednesday: shoulders
Thursday: Quads.
Friday: Arms
