I have in times past....I remember many times getting off of it and sitting in the floor hoping I wouldn't faint. But not lately. Right off I'd suggest you go slowly, pausing at the top. If that doesn't help, try spotting something. Keeping your eyes focused on an object. Next time I do them, I'll pay closer attention.

hey Seanna! thanks for dropping in my j regarding your workout -- I didn't even notice that you had a gym log :duh:

so can I assume that 3-11 is minute 3 to 11 and that 163-168 is the heart rate? So are you changing the resistance on the elliptical to do this, or are you slowing down the pace or any of the above?

Sorry for the inquisition but I just purchased an elliptical and am new to it and am wanting to slim down desperately!
