It's Thursday and I am first in here. Totally busy the next few days with working and getting ready for a tree festival at church. But I plan on making it to gym tonight. Scale has been moving some and hope it is good tomorrow for weigh in.

Crappy snow here and cold, but suppose to warm up again and then the white junk will be gone!

Sorry I have been so busy! Trying to check in everyday... but having trouble with my internet, school is busy again, and WWIII is breaking out in my house again. Minor details right?

Seagrams LC Green Apple or Black Cherry. I found them at Woodman's liquor store. Originally found out about them while in the WI Dells this past summer. 4 carbs per bottle. Just a nice break from Michelob Ultra or Diet and Baccardi when I feel like drinking a little. Easy for the carbs to add up though. Try to have them only when the food has been real good.

I won't post my menu's for the past couple of days. Let's just say that life has it's ups and downs and so does my eating on occation. I'm not going to let it get me down and tomorrow is a fresh new day! I don't have to cook for others as much on weekends... less time in the kitchen= easier time beating cravings. Soooooo-- clean start this weekend. Hopefully with a good induction level LC eating plan, LOTs of water, and daily exercise I can still hit my goal for Thanksgiving! I won't weigh again until then.

I still have some info. to share with you guys about LC that I find interesting, but really need some time to sit and type. I'll get to it soon I hope.

Great stuff here on the boards.

Donna and Kim... you both seem like incredibly busy people... and still fit exercise into your day. I know that once into the groove it fits and you do it, and it becomes part of your routine. Any advice on how to get it going again? I had added walking 2-3 nights on a casual basis when we started the challenge and it jump started my loss again, so I know i need to get the exercise thing going if I want to get anywhere. Too cold out for that now and everything else (treadmill, classes, video's) seems like "dread!". Help!

Have a great afternoon peeps!

Dawn

Helloooooo!!! Sorry everyone....I have been MIA but NOT AWOL!!!

There are just waaaay too many pages/posts for me to catch up with everyone indivdually, so I'll just say....

Ya'll are doing an awesome AWESOME job!!!

I'm still hanging in there......my weight has crept up to 5 lbs over my original goal weight (which IS within my "comfort zone"); HOWEVER....I felt much MUCH better when I dropped down to the 123 range.....so I've changed my profile (to reflect my new current weight) and am working on getting down to 120 as my new goal. I'm only 5'3" so I feel that this is a very doable weight for me.

Dawn - I usually don't drink, but dayam! Those LC coolers sound mighty tasty!!! Of course, this is coming from someone who has had a 4-pack of Mike's Hard Lemonade sitting UNTOUCHED in their fridge for the past 5 years!!! Guess I really should just pitch them, eh?!

The only exercise that I've been able to actually maintain lately is my ab work - - I really need to strategize on how to fit in more cardio, tho. *sigh*

Everyone have a great LC weekend!!!
