Started today 2-24-03...
Walked with Leslie Sansone tape 1 mile
Did 20 minutes on the Total Gym
and feeling pretty good!

Talking Wednesday 2-26-03

Today's exercise consisted of a 1 mile walk with the Leslie Sansone tape. Want to try and get 20 mins. on the Total Gym in tonite. Yesterday was a bust...Didnt feel well so I didn't exercise

Okay today started on a good note...

Woke up did my thing...weighed myself...down 1/2 lb. and took my measurments...will enter them at a later time.

I walked 1 mile with the Leslie tape and did 20 mins on the Total Gym. Then I went shopping with my mom and son...Had fun!

Weighed myself after I got up today...up 1/2lb since yesterday
I should pick 1 day a week for weigh in .....but I get excited to see if the whoosh fairy visited me while I was sleeping!

Walked 1 mile with the tape and did 20 minutes on the total gym.

Saturday 3-1-03
Walked 1 mile with the tape and did 20 min on the total gym


Sunday
Didn't do anything...... Except weigh myself..I'm down one more pound. HOORAY

Today I did the Total Gym for 20 minutes

Started HydroFit: Water Aerobics program for 45 min
it was a good workout. I can tell tomorrow my legs will be sore

Well to my surprise my legs were not at all sore today. I suppose they are more in shape than I thought!

Today I did 20 minutes on the Total Gym and took myself and my dogs for a 1.5 mile walk...It was beautiful outside today. I just cant wait for spring

Tomorrow I measure in......we'll see where I'm at

Hi waterbaby! Just cause you're not sore doesn't mean your workout was lacking. Many people think they have to be sore. You don't You're doing great!

Wow! I've been gone a few days. Lets see...Today I did a 1 mile walk and 25 mins on the Total Gym.

Yesterday..Staurday 3-8-03
Total Gym 25min and 1 mile outside walk

Friday 3-7-03
Didn't workout....Bad day....had lots going on!

Thursday 3-6-03
No workout today....My water aerobics was canceled due to a snow storm!

Hi water, that's great about the belt! wtg! I tried not to buy clothes until I was much closer to goal too, it doesn't work that way sometimes. My pants got so huge on me they were falling down. Plus, once you treat yourself to some smaller clothes, beware! it's addictive!!!

Ok let's see, if you're tired or sore, by all means take a day off to rest. Resistance training with your own weight must be tough, no sarcasm implied whatsoever. Must be a helluva workout! I can't lift my own weight yet! You can switch resistance training days and try some cardio if you want to. Or try a rest day and see how you feel. My dad & I both I find that any more than 2 days off we have a hard time getting back into the groove of things again. HTH!

Posting now before my Water Aerobics Class Tonight


Combined water aerobics moves and Leslie Sansone walking workout moves, to 4 songs of "Pink" done in my kitchen between making Quiche and Jello Dream Pie It was actually alot of fun!
Just glad no one saw me! My son looked up and said, "Mom,
What are you doing?" He's 5 and it was pretty cute


45 minutes of WaterAerobics
