Cheryl, Great to have you on board. I get obsessive with weighing as well, and try to only do it once a week. But sometimes it is every day, then every few days, etc. Weigh in when you want, no set dates here. On your goal weight, did you mean 256?
I just really wanted to start this to get some motivation and support during the holiday feasts. I really need it as Thanksgiving is at my house this year.
