Default "Fat Head" the movie is now on Instant View on Netflix!
Just wanted to let everybody know.

If you don't know about this movie, check it out. It's a low carb rebuttal to 'Supersize Me' and it's got great interviews of Drs. Mike and Mary Eades, Dr. Al Sears, Sally Fallon and Mary Enig in it.

It also has great animations about what carbs do to our insulin levels.

I can't recommend this movie enough!

(It's also on Hulu, but you have to put up with many commercial interruptions and it's annoying.)

I loved it! Thanks for the heads-up! The guy is funny as he preads the truth (going into his wife to have her explain their sex life?). An easy viewing. And it is on streaming so you can watch it right now - no waiting for DVD delivery.

I saw that and put it immediately into my netflix queue. I rented it 2 years ago and made a copies for several friends, although after one year not one of them have watched it. But I can't recommend this documentary enough, it is fantastic.

He has some videos on YouTube. He did a lecture that's on YouTube and it says a lot of the stuff he says in FatHead.

That's a great idea! It's only fair that they watch Fat Head if they are going to watch Super Size Me!
