Lots of talk about it in several threads here: http://forum.lowcarber.org/search.php?searchid=723504 When I feel I need some help, I drink Dieters Tea that I get at the Dollar Store. Good luck.

Are you drinking enough as sometimes it's a lack of fluid rather than a lack of fibre?

It is a cereal and not a bar. You can do a google search for "carbsense granola" to see who sells it.

A couple of coffee when I get up, and a large glas of warm water does it perfect for me...

I just purchased "Whole Psyllium Husk" with no added sugars or anything. One heaping teaspoon has 4 grams fiber. I just mix it in with a big glass of water and gulp it down.

A lot of people assume constipation comes only from a lack of fiber. However, constipation can also be a sign of magnesium deficiency.

When I take my cal/mag supplements I don't have any problem at all. I buy Jamieson brand and it's a combo of calcium and magnesium. I used to take 3 a day (breakfast, late afternoon, bedtime) but I found it worked TOO well Two per day is perfect for me

The veggies, water and also exercise can't hurt
