Since I have been doing Atkins I have had a problem with constipation
I have tried fennel seeds but don't really like them,,,,,can canyone give me some suggestions PLEASE!!!!

I just purchased "Whole Psyllium Husk" with no added sugars or anything. One heaping teaspoon has 4 grams fiber. I just mix it in with a big glass of water and gulp it down.

flax--i buy flaxseed and grind it then sprinkle 1tbsp on my evening salad and never have a problem --been doing this a couple of years now, works great.
When I take my cal/mag supplements I don't have any problem at all. I buy Jamieson brand and it's a combo of calcium and magnesium. I used to take 3 a day (breakfast, late afternoon, bedtime) but I found it worked TOO well Two per day is perfect for me
