Well Stevens,
i dont have a choice in the matter hehehehe, so i might as well enjoy myself while doing it.
You are almost in the 111's i admire you man!!!!!!!!!!!
when i hit those two's im going to sound off like nobody's business!
im going to act a fool when i get to the 3's too. hehehehe
Today the plan is the same
Upper body weight lifting over lunch, and basketball after work.
Thats about a good 3 plus hours a day of working out, i figure hey if that along with the water doesnt help me lose, at least i will have a good second wind for other things!

damn JT, you're doing so, so good!

It's nice to hear you started weight lifting! Cardio+weights+atkins=success for sure!! You're so close to the 3's now, I'm sure we'll hear of ya acting a fool sooner than later.

Just doing a drive-by when I read about the workout. Now I have to get home to get my own ass in check! Fell off the wagon from the trip with my boss that's why there is no post in my journal from me. *sigh*, I have no willpower but I won't quit.

You're doing so well. i really admire You. My back keeps me from doing too much but i do try to walk every day and i have exercises i do for my back almost every day.

It may sometimes seem slow going but when You look back later it will seem much faster. You'll be in the 3's before You know it. When i make it to onederland, a place i have not been since i was 8 or 9, heck even *i* might go shirtless lol. Flat as i'll be by then though i doubt anyone will notice .. grins.

Have a good one.

Today I stretched really really good and then played one game of basketball to get into a good warm up and break up a good sweat. Then went to the dungeon and lifted weights
Today was chest day
3 sets of 10 on the incline machine
1 sets of 10 on the decline machine
2 sets of 10 doing dumbell lifts on a flat bench press
3 sets of 10 on the butterfly machine
Note to self:
My chest is so tight right now that it wont even let me close my hands all the way. And it feels soooooo goooooddddd.
Part Two
The plan is to shoot basketball this evening and play at least 3 games. that will be my cardio.

Ok it is Day 3 of the first week of Weight Lifting!
i am soooooooooo tight in the chest and arms area, and it feels soooooooo good. i havent had this kind of muscle tightness since the ol glory days, and it brings back so many good memories that I am just going to keep it up.
I mentally have a picture of what i want to look like, and now its on!!!!!
Today is arms, neck, and back day. Then Cardio this evening.

Going to shoot some basketball tonight soon as i finish with this chicken! Arms are kinda wore out, but it feels good. I only have one more day to go, and this will conclude the first week of upperbody weight training. i am planning on going to the bookstore and looking up some textbook examples to kinda target some of the specific exercises for specific parts of the body that I want to highlight, mainly upper and lower pecs. biceps, triceps, traps, and back. hopefully with all this running and jumping and stuff it will get rid of some of this tale, and these dogone hips my momma gave me. hehhehehe
AND IM OFF
