Cardio, long overdue... taking it easy.

2 flights x 14 trips up and down, one stair at a time.

10 min. didn't bother with the heart monitor.

Time and intensity:
13:53 and 163 BPM

See any improvement from yesterday? Neither do I.

Earlier I did a light 10 minute workout with iron in the basement.

One arm dumbbell clean and press : 15lbs x 20,15,15

Chest:
Decline fly15lbsx10
Flat Flye 15x10
Decline Fly 15x10

Back:
Bent over Barbell Row Bare Bar (40lbs)x20,15,15

Abs:
Plain old sit-ups:10,10
