A cup of chicken bone broth, a 3/4 oz cheddar cheese bar, an ounce (handful) of pecans, a glass of V8, and my usual decaf coffee with half and half.

Low on groceries, had a pot-luck breakfast this morning: Usual decaf coffee with half and half, a fried egg (the last one in the house), some leftover baked tilapia (yum!), sauerkraut warmed in the microwave, and a 3/4 oz. cheddar cheese bar.
