exercise and weight loss, help
Ok active lowcarbers I have a question. I am fit, I have lots of toned muscles. I am almost 49 years old and I need to lose about 20 pounds. I have toyed with low carbing on and off all year. That used to work for me, not anymore.
July 9, 2011. I have went serious lowcarb, no exceptions. It isn't easy right now, I am only going to weigh weekly, on Tuesdays. So I need words of wisdom on how I can make all this work.
I know my age is against me.
I know I have good strong muscles
I do cardio several times a week, with some light resistance weights.
I am working feverishly on drinking more water. ( I was told by a reliable source that my muscles needed more water.)
help!
