15 min - Strength menu
60 min - Ballet class

Oooh, even though it was a beginner ballet class, it kicked my behind! Haven't used those muscles in a while...

30 min - Leslie Sansone 2 mile video (to be honest, I find her patter a little patronizing, but I just play my own music and no prob

Saturday:
80 min - Slow walk

Friday:
30 min - Swimming

Thursday:
45 min - Step aerobics

Wednesday (9/21)

120 min - Walk

Thought it might be a good idea to start updating this again.

Monday: 10K run outside (Koetoi/Tomioka course) in 1:05:53
Tuesday: Nada
Wednesday: (Scheduled) Step aerobics class, 4x400 sprints on the treadmill, weights (?)

Squats, calf raises, outer thigh exercise
30 min light cardio - walking around/marching
20 minutes stretching

Haven't used this in a long time! Maybe I will...
Today's exercise was my usual 10,000 steps with some extra stairs thrown in.
