140 jacks done!!
I decided to increase early, as I wasn't really "feeling" it anymore with 100. so am doing 140 a day 5 days a week for approx 1 month, or until i get use to it and need to increase again.

back is bothering me a little but not sure if thats from the jacks or just normal back pain? Going to keep it up and hope pain subsides in the next couple days.

thanks for all the support guys. I did not get my jacks in. Had serious problems at work and was people in and out of here all night. I could really tell the difference in how stiff I was all day from not doing them.

Decided to up my jacks again today. Going to do 200 jacks a day.
Also am going to start doing Yoga once a week on mondays (yoga for dummies series DVD). Have even gotten DH to agree to do it with me. I was shocked. DH is the most uncoordinated person I have ever met. I sometimes wonder how he manages to just walk. So if yoga doesnt help with the weightloss, should at least help with mood when i'm laughing so hard at DH falling over.

200 jacks done!!!
I decided I should treat the jacks like weight training, and go to the point of muscle exaustion. I do jacks 4 times a night and the first time I was able to do 50 barely made it but I did it. So then my aim was 50 each time. and I did it. Think I will do 200 for a week then move forward again, so the muscles dont get use to it.
