Chicken Tinga
pulled chicken simmered with chipotles, sweet and spicy roasted tomato sauce.
The plate also comes with corn, refried pinto beans, cabbage slaw, and tortillas. I'm planning to order without corn, tortillas, and cabbage slaw (just bc I don't like it! )
Am I safe with this??? I'm hoping if I just eat the pulled chicken, tomato sauce, and some beans I'll be within Phase 1 and also stay as low cal as possible.

Even if you eat only the chcken, sauce and some beans and it seems to be phase I legal, I'm sorry to say that you could easily see gain simply from the amount of salt used in restaurant cooking. It won't be real gain, just water weight because eating out notorious for that.
Have fun with your friends and try not to worry about the food as you are going in there with a good plan. Stick to it!!
