Hip Fat
I exercise 4-5 days a week,with a balanced amount of cardio and weights (ok -- more cardio than weights but still)
I am slimming down, but I still have these pockets of fat on my hips, between the top of my thighs and my waist- only on the sides of my body.
I can't seem to find an exercise that targets these areas. My tummy is almost flat, but I look awful in a bathing suit because of this fat on my sides.
any tips?
