CAVEAT EMPTOR:
This is the original 90 page book written with bodybuilders in mind. It assumes you follow good nutrition and exercise.
This book is the base on which Lyle McDonald and all others based their diets. The only difference between them and this book is that they tell you exactly what to do while Doc Pasquale gives you the basics and lets you run with it and decide your optimal parameters.
The updated version of this came out as the Anabolic Solution/Metabolic Diet.

I live in the Hammer. Spent 3 years in the Beaches thats right I said the Beaches. I used to say the Beach to demonstrate I was in the know but anyone who's not doesn't know to what yer referring but when you say "the Beaches" e everyone in the GTA knows exactly what yer talkng about. Anyway last weekend after Toronto's Santa Claus parade we went to Astoria on the Danforth, not to be confused with Asteria a block west on the Danforth not far from the Bloor Viaduct. Astoria's pork suvlaki is truly awsome just skip the high carb sides and it's all good.

Oooh, the Astoria!!!! divine! and the Saganaki! The salad is the best greek salad in the city, i'm sure of it.
I'm was born in Toronto, but moved to Niagara ages ago! I do go back and visit, but as someone said earlier... it's a very expensive place to live! Maybe we should start a Niagara Falls group?
How about a Burlington destination - that's roughly halfway between Niagara and Toronto.
I suck at planning these kinds of things, mostly because I take it personally if it doesn't go over like a molten lava cake. But I'm happy to show up and I'll help with the details.
