I have been studying quite a bit the difference between good and bad carbs and using Fitday.com. At first I was shocked to find out that I had 398 carbs in ONE DAY!!!! Now, I am down to about 100 carbs per day. Atkins recommends 25.
I am just curious how many carbs you generally have in a day. And if you really feel like laying it on me, how many fat and protein?
