I have just bought Turkey chops and it says that they have 2.5g carbs per 250g, which is approx one chop. Can anyone shed any light on why. They are not dressed in anything.

Just for a second there your typo had me imagining turkeys running around in cop uniforms.
Okay, I'll be serious now. I'm wondering if they have been marinated in a solution that contains a little sugar? Does the package give a list of ingredients? If you see anything other than just turkey, there's your answer.
I double checked the packaging and there is nothing added.
I even thought it might have been processed meat not real Turkey but they even have a bone in each chop. Definetly nothing visible on the chops either or different smell it really had me confused.
