I've seen gluten flour in Coles and Woolworths here in Brissie.. ![Wink](/images/smilies/wink.gif) Look with the flours and baking products, or in the "health" section. You need one that is 70% gluten. I believe Healtheries, Sanitarium and Lowan Whole Foods make gluten flour.
If you don't find it in your local supermarket, try "letting your fingers do the walking." Ring a few supermarkets, and if you still have no joy, ring a few health food shops. Good luck!
