I made it into Ladies Express Fitness this morning - I rushed a little by skipping a few recovery stations and going from machine to machine a couple times.
I need 2-3 more visits this week. AM's are much easier than evenings to find motivation to go.
Big Poop! I only went to the gym twice last week. I start out strong then fizzeled out. I am even sitting here thinking up an excuse for the only hour I have to go.
I have not had any real workouts for two weeks now. Sadly, I will have a hard time talking myself back into the routine of visiting the gym 3-4 times a week.
