I made this tonight & I was surprised how good it was!

Not super Low-Carb, but it sure settled my spaghetti noodle craving.

Made the family this:
1/2 jar
Bertoli Italian Sausage Sauce

1 jar (or so..)
Regular Prego Mushroom Sauce

Added to cooked
1/2 pound Ground Chuck

Let this cook down while real noodles were prepared for the rest.


I had a one-serving size of FRENCH CUT GREEN BEANS
left over from supper last night.
Placed in glass bowl.
I layered it with some Frigo PARMESAN CHEESE and nuked it till just about done 30 -60 secs


Add just a few spoonfuls of the spaghetti sauce and it was great. I got to twirl the cheese like long noodles and the green beans were not too bad. It had a mouth-feel of lots of noodles.
