missing journal from my subscriptions??

Lat night, when I was working with MY PLan, something happened to my journal when I sent the My PLan to it. It no longer appears in my subscriptions, even when I post again. I have to go search for it in the new posts everytime now. What happened? How can I get it back into my subscriptions?
