Smoked Gouda Breakfast Slider

SMOKED GOUDA BREAKFAST SLIDER
INGREDIENTS:
1 my hot dog buns: http://buttoni.wordpress.com/2011/0...oagie-rollbuns/
1 patty my breakfast sausage: http://buttoni.wordpress.com/2011/0...akfast-sausage/
1 oz. smoked Gouda cheese
DIRECTIONS: Brown sausage in a skillet until thoroughly cooked. Lay the cheese on top of the patty so it begins to melt. Cut the hotdog bun in half and place the patty with cheese on top and lay the other piece of bun on top. ENJOY!
