Default Abs Diet?

For the month of January, I was using The Abs Diet by Adam Zincenko, the editor-in-chief of Men's Health Magazine.
I've gotten good results (lost 9 lbs and gained a couple pounds of muscle.)
I am switching to South Beach (which I stay within the rules of but make it as close to Atkins as I can) because Atkins used to make my blood sugar-mood issues totally go away (after the withdrawl, which I'm in now.)

Anyway - has anyone else here used 'The Abs Diet'? I used Fitday, and found that following his menus that I ate less than 100 grams of carbs a day, which to most Americans is very low carb.

Just wondering if anyone else checked it out before.

Thanks!
