Thai is tricky because some of the sauces tend to have sugar in them, including peanut sauce. Soups and salads are pretty Atkins-safe. You may just want to assume some extra carbs.

Is Chantanee Thai still there, a bit south of downtown Bellevue? Ah, it looks like they are. I think that sizzling beef thing is pretty safe, and some of the fish dishes sound safe.
Hopefully, the Garlic Lover's Delight doesn't have added sugar - you could ask them. I used to get that with chicken, and it was so good. So much garlic that it does taste sweet, but hopefully that's just from the garlic itself. Swimming Rama is good and nutritious, but it probably does have some sugar in the peanut sauce.
