I checked on Levemir here in Sweden. Novo Nordisk is a Swedish/Nordic company, so Levemir has been on the market here since 2004, but it has only been approved under our pharma benefits for treatment of type 1 diabetes, but Lantus is approved for all, so I will ask my nurse about that. A trivia note: the name "Levemir" is pronounced to sound like the Swedish words that mean "live more.")

Meanwhile, my BGs stayed in required ranges today with zero Humalog before meals, so I think my Humulin is doing its job very well combined with LC.
