Kimbee's Motivajournal: Fitness to Fulfillment
Since spraining my ankle April 9, I am struggling with finding the confidence and motivation to get 'back in the saddle' and return to the gym. I am making an attempt at a gym log to track my progress and measurements, and to commit to returning to the gym again.
Exercise for Tuesday, May 3, 2004:
Elliptical for 30 minutes
Bike for 15 minutes
Upper Body Toning: (Machines & Free Weights - M or FW)
(M) Military Press: 3 reps of 10 at 40 lbs, then 30 lbs, then 30 lbs
(M) Pec Press: 3 reps of 10 at 40 lbs
(M) Lateral Row: 3 reps of 10 at 40 lbs.
Abdominal work for 5-10 minutes.
