Looking for a buddy

Hi- My name is Lisa and I have just started Atkins 9 days ago. I am looking for someone to share ideas about what to eat during this wonderful stage of induction

I have been eating pretty much what I am suppose to but have not lost but one pound

oh well- There is no way in the world I can quit now! Any ideas???
