Meat fast and Fat fast - QUESTIONS !!

Hello,

I have noticed that some of you go on a meat or fat fast to break a stall.

How much carbo do you take during those fasts ??
How many days do you usually do them, and whats the diff between the meat fast and fat fast ???

I've stalled for more than 2 weeks. looks like the whoosh fairy has forgotten me
