Sunday:
33 minutes elliptical - weight loss mode level 8/10- 445 cal
Situps/Crunches

Monday:
33 minutes elliptical - weight loss mode level 8/10 - 445 cal
floor abs
various weight machines (gym was very busy)
stretching
15 minutes crosstrainer - 150 cal

Tuesday:
25 min cross trainer level 7/9 - 285 cal
Situps/Stretching/Ab Machines
Weights - Upper back/shoulders
33 minutes elliptical weight loss mode level 6/8 - 425 cal

Wednesday:
*20 minutes of snow shoveling (Fitday says 116 cal!)
Situps/crunches
Stretching

Thursday:
20 minute walk on my lunch break
Didn't get to hit the gym...worked late & have lots of stuff to do around the house before tomorrow
