I'm the same way and have been like that since starting this way of eating, lost about half what my acquaintances did the first two weeks. Lately I have felt hungry more often, don't know why either. Well...not a whole lot more to go so it is no big deal. I plan on low-carbing the rest of my life with cheat days to enjoy my favorites once my goal is attained. Only problem now is finding a place to eat if I don't have a lunch with me. Can't eat steaks every day and all of my favorites come with a bun .
