Default Health benefits of LCing mental and physical?

If there is already a thread like this would someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction? If not, would you guys who have been LCing answer this and give me something to look forward to?

Aside from the wonderful weightloss benefits of low carbing, what other +++++ changes have you noticed in yourself? for example, improved mood,more energy,clearer skin...anything you can think of would be great. I am going to be keeping a hand written journal and noting all of the positive changes in myself, no matter how small. I am going to document my whole battle to kick my sugar habit. I want to look back and see how much my life has improved.
