10 minute chicken and veggies
got this recipe from the last episode of biggest loser.....
assorted fresh low carb veggies ( i used zuccini, peppers,broccoli..)
seasoning of your choice ( i used 1/4 of garlic clove frozen cube)
any brand of steam fresh bag ( ziploc ect)
Slice up all the vegetables into small pieces. Put all them in the bag and seal and microwave for 4 minutes.
on the show she added chicken breast in the bag with the veggies and microwaved it, but i grilled my chicken on george forman grill. and sauteed mushroom and onion on the side to go on top of the chicken.
simple dinner in about 10 minutes
