I think you have to bread (with parmesan and egg) the cheese and freeze it first, according to suzanne somers mozzerella marinara recipe very yummy. I used to make it all the time. I guess you could make a whole bunch of cheese chunks and keep in the freezer for future. ![Yum](/images/smilies/yum.gif)
