So I was really craving sweets and needed something so i created:
THE GIANT MARSHMALLOW PEEP! Ingredients
3 egg whites
sprinkle of cream of tartar
3 cap fulls of Torani Syrup (i use raspberry)
splenda (optional)
Preheat oven to 295.
In a mixer, whip up the three egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
Sprinkle in the cream of tartar and mix some more.
Gradually Add the Torani syrup while its still beating and then turn of the mixer.
Spray a 9 inch pan with Cooking oil.
Spread the egg whites into the pan.
Put in oven for 30 minutes
Pop it out and enjoy! If you let it cool for 3 minutes you can eat it with your hands! Its a fun treat to eat and you feel like a little kid!
My non-atkins brother tasted it and said "Its like a marshmallow! Next time add sugar" hehe
I definitely want to try this out. I've been missing marshmallows soooo much since starting Atkins. Do you think Walden Farms strawberry syrup would work in place of the Torani's?
You Know I am really not sure at all. Its something I whipped up out of pure accident- I made it three times and the consistency has been the same. But then again I used those ingredients.
Also- It should say bake 20-30 minutes
or until top is browned

This sounds very much like a pavlova, which is a type of meringue cake that was named after the ballet dancer Pavlova. It is normally served with some type of fruit sauce, or sliced fruit and whipped cream. They're very nice. I have a few recipes for them.
I made 3 different flavors in a muffin top pan: berry (using blueberry SF syrup and strawberry extract), banana (using banana SF syrup, banana extract, and a drop of yellow food coloring), and white chocolate vanilla (using white chocolate SF syrup and vanilla extract).
