I am a newbie, so hope I am doing this right. I love Atkins and do for the weight loss as well as the healthy way of living to follow it... Hubby is on for his high cholesterol and triglyceride numbers He presently is on Tricor AND lipitor because his issues are genetic. MD says will always need. I found info on Pantethine and hubby now taking (450 2x day) Can't wait to see if effective...Anyone else have results? Also, are essential oils same as fish oils?? If not are they as effective? Should fish oils be taken with them? What would be a dose of all of above? We use Atkins supplements, but am up for any other cost effective reviews by other companies. Thank-you in advance
