Whew! That was scary.

Wa'il, when the board went down I had just hit "reply" to make a post in the confession booth -- and the reply "took" even though the board seemed to freeze and then I got the "we're having a problem" message. So one message NOT lost.

I was worried I was having rogers problems - everything's been wonky tonight but the forum has been exceptionally slow (then again maybe I am tonight as well )

Thank you, Nat. Today is the first day I really *feel* back.

The board was working very slowly the 15 minutes or so before the crash -- but it was also at peak hours. It's fine now. I have DSL not dial up, so the board is usually very fast.

Hmmm, I might add a new guidline: The word slow may not be used, unless accompanied by a traceroute report!
