Default tell me where i'm at please

I started Atkins in February and have stayed at 20-25 carbs after the first two weeks. I'm 8 pounds from goal. I know, I know, "read the book". Well, I can't find it so I'm asking here for when I do find it. What phase should I be following now? OWL, pre-mnt, or maintenance? I am so trained on the 20 carbs it has been hard to add any in and I actually don't eat all that much anymore. Direction, help, advice, etc... please.

Uhh I am not sure because I am still so heavy, but I would assume since you still want to lose stay where you are until you lose the weight. Then go to Pre Maint or Maint.

I'm not sure if you are saying you can't find your copy or you cant find a copy for purchase. If you are seeking a book for purchase. The book is not hard to find. Try a library, Walmart, a book store. You have internet service, try Ebay, Amazon.com, etc. If you try I am CONFIDENT you can find a book.

You are in OWL and pre-maintenance both in a way -- not having gone through OWL but that close to maintenance sort of puts you in both. Have you increased the variety of carbs that you eat? My Atkins book is sitting right here and I'll try to help you out if you want.

Wow... can I just take a moment and say EXCELLENT JOB!!

And I have no clue about what comes after induction and OWL...and my book is someplace at home!

(Personally, I'd look at Protein Power for life after Atkins...I think it has a bit more manageable and a bit more free, if that kind of thing is appealing to you).
