Default Is it o.k. to eat KFC?

Hello everybody!

We are going to have KFC tonight. Is it O.K. to have a chicken breast without the skin? I just started doing Atkins two days ago ( again... ).

Thank you
Kamy

My fiance brought KFC home the other day even though it's all breaded. I tried to pull of the skin and breading, but it's kinda tough and there's not much meat after you remove it. You'd probably be better off making your own chicken.
