Question Any else a former swimmer? A few tips for noobs.

As a former "professional" swimmer that forced/wanted to quit and focus on school family and kids I ended up going from 190->315 lbs in under 1 year.

After working hard to get to 285 I was ready to see myself in a suit again so I have been slowly building up.

Since I'm starting the log in the middle. If you have any questions on what I started at. Please send me a PM or e-mail.
