Dont beat yourself up, it happens to nearly everyone ![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif) ...but just to let you know,, you are the wagon, its up to you where it stops.....maybe you could plan your eating for a few days and just look at it in 3 days at a time then each time you resist candy or fries etc you will get stronger and more determined..if you know there will be candy then bring some dark choc or I saw a great recipe for pureed berrys dipped in dark choc,, yum...
