Though you have hit a plateau , that shouldnt effect the keto stixs from changing color. I have heard that water intake can effect it , but there still should be some color. MEtabolic resistance couldnt be the answer because youve already been in ketosis. Maybe theres some hidden carbs?

try posting a sample menu, you might be taking in more carbs than you realize and maybe try testing first thing in the AM?

Also sometimes your body is using all your ketones and it wont change color. Doreen wrote an excellent article on ketosis if you click on the orange bar on top and go to low carb tips, check it out.

Personally I do not use them and feel they are just a waste of time and make more stress than it is worth. Many people slow down after induction. Give it time and add some more water.

I agree with MyJourney. You might be using most of your ketones as energy, especially since you are exercising. You also might be gaining muscle mass which would slow weight loss. Have you tried measuring yourself?
