Default Karen's low carb cooking class review

In a nutshell, last nights cooking class was terrific. Thanks Karen.

I know we will be making all the recipes that Karen did last night. My DW Trish, sampled the first dish and said, "Wow, this is my favourite." Then the next sample came and she said, "Mmmm, no, this is my favourite." That went on for the whole 3 hours. One thing is for sure; we will start to roast our veggies a lot more.

If you live in the Vancouver area, I'd highly recommend getting to one of Karen's classes. It is one thing to be a good low carb cook, but when you combine Karen's low carb knowledge with her general depth of knowledge from being a top flight chef, combined with her gracious way of dealing with people, it is an truly fortunate thing to be able to attend one of her classes.

I hope this doesn't sound like a commercial; I just really enjoyed it and learnt a lot.

Thanks Karen,
Arnie

Thanks for the glowing review Arnie.

I love teaching those classes and it's nice to hear great feedback. Many class participants are, like yourself, low-carbing and I always wonder how many unconverted leave class considering making the switch?

Gee, now I have another reason for wishing we still lived in Vancouver!
