I drink lots of black and green teas. I don't know if they help weight loss as I drank them before Atkins, but they don't hurt.

I have and I was just reading my Mussel and fitness and it was saying that black coffee and green tea is very important in weight loss. It says that it boost your metabolism with out adding calories. Hot sauce as well helps with this as well. Worth looking into I drink 3 cups a day.

Lately I've been drinking more green tea especially in the nighttime when I feel like binging. I like to put a little equal in it for the sweet taste. Thats my downfall sweetstuff so I figure thats better than the oreo cookies in the cookie jar. I think it actually does help.

Ahh, Green Tea..........

I drink it often....

When the boys have hot cocoa after shoveling snow, I have hot green tea....

I have Green Iced tea very often, with a shot of fresh lemon (usually squeeze one wedge into glass and drop wedge in too). Sometimes when the sweet bug bites me I will also put a little splenda in the tea too...never more than one packet in a 32 oz glass full of tea though...

I quit coffee and now have natural decaffinated green tea with my breakfast. I do not know if it helps digestive process or not but it is a comfort to me. I did not think about using it for ice tea but it's a wonderful idea with the Arizona heat this Summer.

Every morning I put 3 bags of jasmine green and two bags of white tea to steep in a 20 oz coffee mug for about 4-5 minutes. I then pour it over a 64 oz cup full of ice and a add a few drops of liquid sucralose. Add more ice till its full and drink it for about half the day. After lunch, I switch to ice water.

I drink about four bags a day,...a co-worker lost a ton of weight and said the Green Tea helped her. My only problem is that I put a ton of Splenda in my two cups and I am trying to work on that aspect!
