Default Weight Loss?

Hi everyone

I'm off tonight for my 1st workout at the gym and I'll be having my consultation with the trainer.

I plan on working out 3-4x a week and would prefer to do both weights and cardio on the same days. My goals for the exercising is to lose weight and then firm what's left.

Therefore, my question is: is it best for me to do weights first and then cardio or the other way around? I think what I've read is that I should do weights first but I just want to confirm.

THanks so much for your help!
Ann-Marie

Yes, weights first is best, for both form and burning fat.
