I feel it should be taken during or after..having food in the stomach will slow its absorption rate. But I do know alot of people who take it on an empty stomach.
I'm not sure of the mechanism where your body would use CLO as a preferable energy source, unlike MCT's which the body burns like a carb.
Winter months are ideal for CLO consumption due to the lack of sunshine we expose ourselves to.
Just take it when it is convenient for you...as long as you are taking it, all is good.
